Services

A steady place to think clearly about your life.

I work with men, women, couples, and families who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and move forward with greater clarity and integrity.

My approach to therapy is thoughtful, direct, and grounded in more than 40 years of experience helping people create meaningful and lasting change.

Therapy for Men

Many men come to therapy at a point where something no longer feels sustainable, anger that keeps showing up, relationships that feel strained or distant, stress that never seems to turn off, or a sense that life has become disconnected from the person they want to be.

For some men, therapy is the first place they have ever had space to speak honestly about what they are carrying.

My work with men is direct, respectful, and grounded in the belief that change is possible when we are willing to look clearly at our patterns and take responsibility for the impact of our choices. I bring more than four decades of experience working with men around anger, accountability, relationships, and personal integrity. Many men find that therapy becomes a place where they can better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and develop the emotional clarity needed to move forward with confidence.

This work is not about blame or shame. It is about building awareness, strengthening emotional capacity, and creating a life that reflects your values, integrity, and intentions.

Therapy for Women

Many women seek therapy during moments of transition, exhaustion, or reflection, times when they have spent years caring for others while quietly carrying their own stress, grief, trauma, or uncertainty.

Therapy can become a place where your voice, experiences, and needs finally receive the attention they deserve.

My work with women is grounded in deep respect for resilience and survivorship. I understand the complex ways that relationships, expectations, trauma, and life experiences shape how women move through the world. Together we explore patterns that may be creating stress, disconnection, or self-doubt, while strengthening clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being.

Clients often describe our work as thoughtful, empowering, and deeply validating. Therapy becomes a space where insight grows, boundaries strengthen, and women reconnect with their own sense of agency, purpose, and voice.

Couples Therapy

Relationships are where we experience some of the deepest connection in life and also some of the most painful misunderstandings.

Couples often come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns of conflict, distance, resentment, or communication breakdown. Over time, conversations can become arguments, silence, or cycles that neither partner knows how to interrupt.

Couples therapy provides a structured and supportive space where both partners can step back, understand what is happening beneath the conflict, and begin building healthier ways of communicating and relating.

My approach is balanced, thoughtful, and focused on helping both partners feel heard and understood. Together we examine the patterns that have developed in the relationship and work toward creating new ways of responding to one another that build trust, accountability, and emotional connection.

The goal of couples therapy is not simply to resolve conflict, it is to help partners develop the insight, communication, and respect needed to build a stronger and more sustainable relationship.

Family Therapy

Families carry powerful bonds, shared histories, and sometimes deeply rooted patterns that affect how family members communicate, support one another, and resolve conflict.

When stress, behavioral concerns, trauma, or communication breakdowns arise, families can quickly find themselves feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from one another.

Family therapy provides a space where each member can be heard, understood, and supported while working together toward healthier ways of interacting. Rather than focusing on one person as “the problem,” family therapy looks at the larger patterns within the family system and helps create new ways of communicating, supporting one another, and resolving conflict.

With more than 40 years of experience working with individuals, families, and complex systems, I bring a calm, grounded presence to family conversations that can sometimes feel difficult or emotional.

The goal is not perfection. The goal is understanding, healthier relationships, and a stronger family system moving forward.

Executive Therapy Services

Therapy for Professionals, Leaders, and People Carrying Significant Responsibility

Many professionals, leaders, and high-performing individuals spend their lives solving problems, making decisions, and supporting others. Yet they often have few spaces where they can speak openly about the pressures, doubts, and complexities that come with those responsibilities.

Executive and professional therapy offers a confidential space to think clearly about your life, relationships, leadership challenges, and personal direction.

My work is particularly well suited for individuals who carry significant responsibility in their professional or personal lives and who want a thoughtful place to examine the decisions, pressures, and patterns shaping their experience.

With more than four decades of experience in social work, behavioral health, and systems leadership, I bring both clinical expertise and a deep understanding of complex organizational and interpersonal dynamics.
