ABOUT DAVID

Depth. Perspective.
A Grounded Presence.

Many people come to therapy when something in their life no longer feels sustainable, patterns repeating in relationships, stress that never turns off, or a quiet sense of disconnection from the person they want to be.

I bring more than 40 years of experience in behavioral health and social work, including nationally recognized work in domestic violence intervention and relationship dynamics. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded. Clients often describe me as calm, direct, and able to hold complex conversations without judgment.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, anger, relationship conflict, trauma, and major life transitions and I bring that same depth of experience directly into every session.
